In a safe and non-judgmental space, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety. My goal is to empower you towards lasting change and a more fulfilling life. Additionally I trained in helping you support your anxious child as well as avoidant or restrictive with food intake (ARFID). I also am a neuro-affirm therapist who supports all brain types.
